HOW IT WORKS
1. CONSULTATION
After you have scheduled an appointment, during our meeting we will focus on understanding what you may be looking for. We will present a variety of custom design options. Together, we will brainstorm ideas, design details, and material/gemstone selections. At this stage, we will also discuss time and production process duration
2. Stone Selection
With an understanding of the criteria you may be looking for, we will offer you the best diamond/precious stone options at wholesale prices. All diamonds will come with GIA certification. Also, we will provide you with other alternatives including lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and other colored stone based on your budget.
3. Design & 3D Modeling
We will precisely create a 3D model using 3d CAD software to give you a better vision and confirm all the details. Once you're happy with all the details of the design then we can move forward to the production step. You can benefit from the flexibility of 3D modeling as you can see your design in varied metal and stone options.
4. Production
After getting your approval on the 3D modeling design, we'll start the process of manufacturing. Your custom design will be expertly crafted by our in-house craftsman. All production steps including casting, polishing, setting, finishing, and plating are completely done in our workshop using technologically advanced equipment.
5. After Production
All custom fine jewelry will come with a GIA-certified appraisal as well as a lifetime limited warranty which includes a range of complimentary jewelry maintenance services once per year.
In addition to appraisals, we also provide custom engraving services in case you are looking to add any personal touch to your jewelry.
